Online personal training entails fitness, nutritional, and lifestyle coaching and guidance delivered remotely via digital platforms and is typically tailored to an individual's fitness goals and needs. It includes elements similar to in-person training but makes use of technology to improve communication, instruction, and monitoring.

Workout Program- As your Online coach I will be creating a personalized workout program based on a your goals, fitness level, available equipment, and any limitations you may have. This program will entail a detailed outline of what exercises should be utilized in the gym along with video demonstrations, a stretching routine, and any cardio programming in order to help you achieve your desired goals.
Meal Plan- Your meal plan is a structured dietary guide that is specific to your fitness goals, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. This meal plan is intended to supplement your workout program and assist you in achieving your fitness goals, whether they are weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or overall better health. Your meal plan will include information on why food scaling and meal prepping are important, specific macronutrient and micronutrient recommendations based on your goals, a set amount of calories your permitted to eat each day, and a grocery list you can utilize on a weekly basis.
Motivation and Accountability- As your trainer I will provide you with motivation, support, and accountability to help you stay on track with your fitness goals. Regular check-ins, goal setting, and encouragement will all be part of this. Progress photo check Ins will be conducted on the 1st of every month in addition to a 30 minute consultation call which will allow us to discuss any questions or concerns you have had over the past month. You as the client must hold yourself accountable to tracking your weight on the scale, on a weekly basis. Weigh yourself in the morning on an empty stomach prior to drinking any water!
Adaptability- As your trainer I will be consistently adjusting your programming on a monthly basis in order to overtime establish what does and does not work for you body and lifestyle. Our goals for each month will be established on the 1st in addition to any adjustments that need to be made to both your current meal plan and training program. Your programming will also be adjusted based on your feedback, changes in goals, or any physical limitations or injuries that may arise.
Flexibility and Convenience- One of the major benefits of online training is its flexibility. Clients can exercise whenever and wherever they want, eliminating the need to schedule sessions at specific times or locations. This adaptability is especially useful for people who have hectic schedules or prefer to exercise at home.
